They look like they are pretty well trained if it weren't for the mass amounts of people running in on them. Unlike in GTA IV, there was only one security guard model, it was that heavier set guy. He often fired at people if you shot near him, and sometimes because he shot at you, police would should at him. It was very sad. Oddly enough they changed the security guards voice from GTA IV when TGBOT came out, for an unknown reason. I hated it when the cops killed this guy for trying to help... Based on the video and screenshots, I think it is safe to say that the police will once again come out of nowhere and in full force. Based on the video and screenshots, I think it is safe to say that the police will once again come out of nowhere and in full force. We have footage of Trevor racing from the county sheriff and other agencies, and they are in massive amounts. I felt bad for him too. He was just going above and beyond the call of duty to protect property and the people around him. Law Enforcement seems to come from all directions, and typical with California's waste of tax payer, it seems like San Andreas also won't be afraid to send out a bird (helicopter) whenever they can to follow down the perps. So is Los Santos in it's own County, like e.g. Manhattan (I know, only a borough) in New York County or the Bronx in Bronx County? Or did R* a mistake again and it should be Blaine County Sheriff? Blaine County would and should be a separate political entity with their own sheriff's office. But I don't think Rockstar picked that up, or figured it out. I am real curious as to who that green striped SUV belongs too and who the Buffalo cars belong too. Please don't make park rangers come after us shooting, Rockstar... please don't. If he was lucky a second security guard would come to help him ^^ You can offcoarse modify the files so that the guard is seen as a cop. Yorpie Posted August 28, 2013 Share Posted August 28, 2013 That is what I saw in the GTA Online video... no way to make legit money with hard work.... even if it was truck missions going from a quarry to port, driving a bus, taxi, POLICE MISSIONS, etc..... I don't want to go do heists and shoot people to make money. With all respect, but isn't the point of GTA to earn a living by commiting crimes? It would be very nice to have a police mode, like we had LCPDFR for GTA IV and legit ways to earn money like taxi mission etc.. should defenitly return, but lets not forget that GTA still is a crime game and you will have to commit crimes and kill cops sooner or later. If you refuse to do that then playing GTA is kind of pointless. But hey, as long as you are having fun its okay and I really hope that you will have a great time playing GTA 5, like I hope for myself. The return of a military tank. Whether it is the Rhino or some other vehicle, there is a tank in the game. One thing we did see is the Blaine County Savings Bank in Paleto. Not law enforcement related... but saying it anyways. We still have some unidentified black and white patrol cars in an early photo chasing a car out of Paleto with an airplane in the screen. Some still think it might be Paleto municipal police. At the time of that photo, those black and white Charger's didn't exist. Another thing that will have some up in arms is the generic POLICE on the 2013 Vapid Cruisers have not left. We didn't see any Buffalo's. Lights, lights everywhere. Last scene with the tank, we see white sheriff cars and black and white SUVs. Unknown which agency, but is is safe to say, we have not seen a clear shot of a car that reads BLAINE COUNTY SHERIFF. What do you mean? Law Enforcement crew? This isn't a thread for recruiting or any of that, but if you have a question, you can personal message me and I will get back to you. As for Blaine County... I know we are getting desperate to see them. Could they be the green striped SUV? It would still leave so many questions. What if they did change the words on the side of white sedans and made it Blaine County? What if they also did that with the Black and white Declasse Grangers? While that isn't the best choice, I would prefer that then Blaine County being patrolled by Los Santos County Sheriff. If San Andreas Highway Patrol is in the game and is the only law enforcement body in Blaine County, that would be weird too. Now that I think of it, a San Andreas without the SAHP would be weird. In California, the CHP is a staple to life there. It'd be strange if Rockstar didn't include them. Now I just sound greedy, but that isn't what I am trying to say. Buffalo units with the markings on the hood. We don't know who they are, but some claim they are wearing LSPD uniforms. Some others say it is San Andreas Highway Patrol. It is not a sheriff's office because they read POLICE on the side. 2. White Declasse Granger SUV with the green stripes. Who are they, and whoever they are, they join other law enforcement agencies in chases and road blocks. 3. Black and white units seen leaving Paleto Bay in an earlier screenshot. A large overarching question is, "where are the Blaine County Sheriff cars?." Assuming Paleto Bay is the county seat of Blaine County, will they have a sheriffs officer and courthouse in the town? I hope the county seat has a sheriff's office and courthouse. It would make NO SENSE to see a sheriff's officer in Blaine County with Los Santos County Sheriff cars. I'm really thinking we're going to be surprised with what's in the game because a lot of basically the same areas have been shown over & over again in the trailers (which is still really cool) but it makes me think R* is holding out on a lot so we can be surprised in discovering it ourselves. One of these things I'm thinking they're not showing is Blaine County Sheriff! Of course we won't know for sure until the release but that's what I'm really hoping. I have many doubts that Rockstar will include Blaine County, but at the same time, I think they will include the Blaine County Sheriff's Office. So I will say YES and put my faith in them for doing so. In the latest Official GTA V trailer, we see the player running through Paleto with a minigun, and a sheriff car on fire in the background. The sheriff car is WHITE. So sadly, this ties in the with the WHITE pre-2013 Vapid Cruisers that were Los Santos County and not the white SUV with the green stripe.
