Keep an eye on ESRB, they are known to leak games before their announcement. They showed 'GTA IV For PC' and a few days later Rockstar announced it for PC. It also showed San Andreas for PS3 and then Rockstar confirmed it for PS3.(PSN)

The iFruit app has the same files on all the devices. The only thing different is the OS. So it don't matter if you check the Windows Phone version or Android or iPhone. They won't be any different, in terms of PC info

The thirst is returning, my brethren. Slowly, but painfully.

 

I have enjoyed the company of a masterfully crafted game that is part of a series that I have loved for years upon years now, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. But it cannot hold back the...sheer lust. The craving to play as Trevor, to get him naked and go on countless rampages as I listen to Rampage mission music...

 

I have gone long enough without my obsession, but I fear it is finally coming back to me...

 

I do not know how to stop it. I do not know how to protect myself. All I can do is wait. Wait for my own body to be overcome by passion for the PC version, once more.

 

Rockstar has said nothing. They have forsaken us... all of us. It's over. We are left to starve, to thirst, to beg. There is no hope for us. Weeks and months have passed since any substantial news. Our beloved thread polluted by idiocy and unnecessary debate.

 

The stench of desperation on every page, the feel of compressed rage in every post...

 

It is too much for my old, weakened body. I will die once more of old age by the time i taste the warm waters of the PC version...

 

I cannot go on. My spirit weakens. I can only hope that my children will abandon my foolish fightand live their lives normally... with children... with a real family.

 

My body collapses once more. I must rest.

GAMES FOR WINDOWS it's the title for PC games and it's not related with GFWL, now it's more common to use "PC DVD-ROM" but it's still used.

Damn today I got an email from Rockstar Games, and I though wth why, then when I see the first picture I remembered the damn update. I wish Rockstar had a newsletter where we could chose our platform and avoid getting this kind of crap. Although that event with the crates with surprises seems cool, but I think most people already moved on from GTAO, everyone is already playing other things.

 

I'd be happy with a middle of December announcement and the next months with pictures, videos and information regarding the game.

Yes thats exactly what I really wanna know, more then the release day I want to know how it actually looks and how different it will be in technical terms.

Everytime I watch the sick fighting scenes in Assassins Creed IV I just think the kind of videos I could create if it had an editor like IV had. Hope UBISOFT thinks about that for the next title.

It's hardly being played on consoles already. When it's released on PC there will be community events just like with GTA IV.

I'm sure a lot of people will play for the first few months.

Currently the game is full of cheaters, with things like aimbot, ESP hack (see through the walls where enemy is), grenade hack and some others. But despite all this and with a game state that everyone would say that it would end in the end of the year the game is still alive and very active and doesn't show signs of slowing down.

 

There are lots of events on a monthly/ weekly basis, constant updates, new modes and sometimes new maps. Compared to what GTAO can achieve it's like comparing a skate with a Koenigsegg, APB resumes to choosing a faction, Enforcer or Criminal and do the exact same missions over and over, what usually changes is the opponents and team mates if you're not in a party with friends/ clan and the more you play the more stuff you unlock. In order to get to the best cars and guns (non paid) you have to play a lot and do the best you can to achieve it faster, if you pay you can get all the best stuff in day one almost.

 

So you see, compared to GTAO potential this game is nothing, but it's alive for more then 5 years and won't end anytime soon. So it's all up to Rockstar Games, if they do it right the game remain alive even when the next GTA comes out. This is why the PC platform is the right one for a project like GTAO.

Its funny how one of the people that made APB was involved in the first GTA game, i think its Dave Jones or something . The butthurt loser could not stand the fact that he walked away from a multi million dollar franchise because he thought he would be better on his own and now he is making GTA ripoff games like Crackdown and APB,pretty sad actually .
