My mate who over heard a guy in the toilets of H and M, who is cousins with someone whos brothers mother in law cleans at R* North. She overheard someone mention the word "PC" in the IT room.

I was always hoping someone would make an I Am Legend mod for GTA IV. Never really happened though.

A lot of things never happened for IV's modding. The modding community is really small compared to that of San Andreas or Vice City. Which is really disappointing, considering that with the tools and knowledge available now, you could make some really great mods for IV. Like, how has no one created a bullet wound mod for IV yet? The wound models from RDR are out there, IV is already capable of determining where a bullet hits on an NPC - why hasn't it been done yet?

 

This is what worries me about V's PC version, the modding community will be just as small, or even smaller than IV's.

IV modding scene is smaller, because RAGE is/was completely new engine, when before VC/SA came out a lot of things was known and it was easily to check mechanics of Renderware engine (even SDK can be easily found) . GTA V can help with understanding new RAGE possibilities. Edited by _CP_

The modding community is smaller in IV because it's not as easy to mod IV as it was for San Andreas. I've made a couple mods for VC, SA, and IV. I can tell you first hand, modding IV is MUCH harder. A lot of people just can't do it.

 

As for the release of V on PC. Regardless of what was promised and what some are complaining about. When V is finally released on PC, I'll buy it, I'll play it, I'll love it. Then I'll start modding it. It doesn't matter what did or did not make it into the game.

Lol, oddly enough I like Vista more than the others for it's simplicity.... Once tweaked, it runs flawlessly.

 

Same here. I have Vista and I love it. I love the toolbar and its interface.

Too bad new games seems not to be compatible with Vista.

 

If we are talking about GTAV PC modding. I hope some modders will find a way to make all the GTAO features avaible for single player.

f*ck GTAO. I don't play multiplayer.

Yeah, I've used it before. I'm pretty sure those are not bullet wounds similar to Red Dead Redemption. They're just edited damage textures, like when you get shot a lot the static blood texture becomes more visible.

 

It's nothing like how it is in RDR, MP3, or GTA V.

Man, I would love to see a RDR bullet damage mod for V. And it could even work in the same way as well, considering Michael has a bullet time ability. I remember using it in RDR and getting off like 20 shots into someones face, the end result looked like ground beef.

The Game fells bad on the consoles.....

My pc is not an hige-end on, but With no jagged Edges, With Some AA it's Gooing to be wayyyyyyyyy better.

I really hope gta online Will be 32 players on pc. Not that theres a reason it wont be

2.)I think you couldn't play normally anymore because there would be to many players trolling each other or doing other random sh*t.

But 32 Played Can be awesome on things like deathmatches, And things like mafia Jobs.

They can afford many servers and GTA V is a big open world game. MP had 16 max and it was small single maps.

 

On the other hand theres bf with 64 players on "small" maps.

 

You still can set player limit.
