Does Gran Turismo 6 come out on PC?? Or is it PS3 exclusive??

I never checked if 5 came for PC because my wife got it for me for christmas on PS3 when it came out a few years ago.

PS3 exclusive like every Gran Turismo till today, all of them SONY exclusive. There was a "GT" for PC back when the first title came out, a game named Grand Turing it wasn't bad but nothing like the original title. The latest race titles for PC are Grid 2 and WRC, soon Need For Speed Rivals and next year the most awaited racing title "The Crew".

____________

By the way what happened ot that retailer that was so sure about the Steam version in November?

who the hell need grand turismo and forza when you have project cars and assetto corsa on pc?

- of course you should, every Max Payne is unique experience, especially this 3rd one with beautifull graphics and awesome finishing of story that lasts for 12 years

- oh, and i really hope that R* will think up something to continue with Max .. i'm also wishing the same for L.A. Noire ... and have dreams about 1st Red Dead on PC

- oh boy, oh boy, you're totally right, man can't tell which of these two is better .. well, both are phucking brilliant ... the only thing is that nobody knows when they will finish those games (they should be finished already, but of course, development of those is really hard because they need sponsors)

- i'm still looking to see what kind of gaming wheel will i buy to play this two when they come out :)

Enjoy it, it is a great game. One of the most enjoyed single player campaigns I have played. And the online is not that bad as well.

Found this in Twitter land. The guy answering is John Diaz, Rockstar programmer -- the one who attended the Brasil Game Show last week. It's nothing, but at least someone finally got a real response from Rockstar acknowledging PC users this time, instead of one of those sh*tty, automated responses.

We hear you guys Loud and clear

then speak some thing, what are you waiting for?

nothing but you are just handing us empty hopes and we are finding hard to hold on the game clearly behind what we hoped for unless PC game comes out early.

It's only one month past the release date of the game. If no news surfaces before March, then I'd say give up hope then.

Um because he cannot say anything if he values his job? Pretty simple

LOL. Rockstar employs have been well versed in how to answer questions regarding the PC version. They always answer with "a" PC version, never "the". And notice how he was careful to not say something like "yet". Nothing that would give away their top secret project. Pretty hilarious and annoying at the same time. But hey, at least they acknowledged our existence for once.

Very good. Acknowledgement. I'll take it.

No "official" news. I'm sure he's well aware of the "unofficial" news. And they hear us loud and clear. Good, very good. Now all we need to do is rest easy and wait.

This is somewhat of a minor victory, I'd say. The fact that we (In this case, Peener) finally received acknowledgement after such a long time of constant asking, is a very reassuring fact. Their lips are starting to loosen. Slowly, but surely.

Yeah, working for Rockstar is like working at Area 51.

Remember when Dan Houser was being asked on if San Fierro and Las Venturas were coming back? Pretty sure his response was something along the lines of "I can't reveal too much or I'll be taken to the back room and whipped with barbed wire."

Now imagine that being the most unlikely and under-the-nose truth.

Scary to think about.

True

But Rockstar, regarded as very best developers in the world need to show respect towards players curiosity by speaking few words of commitment or efforts in keeping PC future in good condition, mainly due to how rich and awesome V looks and also the potential for it to be even greater on PC, but maintaining their silence and loose attitude shows how much less different the PC version in the end could be once released.

There are many interesting prospects of taking the game world in V for PC version

1. Addition of a lot of stuff

2. AI polished and challenging

3. Giving us more amount of freedom in single player as promised but seen only in GTAO, as of now

4. Allowing modding scene some much needed freedom

I can go on but in short all these require some headstart very soon, very early for development and full testing rather releasing a date and then moving on to just present us with same game withing next 3-4 months after release.

This is why CD Projekt RED are my most favorite Developers, they make games for their passion while Rockstar makes for money and passionate about making more by looking towards Online opportunities as like every other Developer these days and age of next gen gaming.

It will be really sad if they don't add more vegetation and other things that are removed because hardware limitation. But many things will remain same. I don't think that they add more interiors or change missions in any way. They will add DLCs if they release them before PC launch and that is it.

I will say here what i have been saying to my friends since GTA V launch, this game deserved better hardware. Not just because of graphic, gameplay and atmosphere would be better too.

Unless they announce until mid November that GTA V is coming in mid December

After seeing that tweet I can clearly see something is finally moving there at R*, he coulda just casually skip this tweet pretending he didn't see that yet he replied to it 2 days late! The magic of waiting for the GTA V PC announcement fell down for me tho.

It was in an interview with either GameInformer or something else, and I think this was way last year before they started rolling out all the information leading up to its release.
