Guys, do you ever wondered why is there a blank space when you want to post a ticket about GTA V? :p

 

 

This thing doesn't happen when you want to enter a ticket for other R* games. ;)

They removed PC. Yesterday I've send a request and I was able to select pc at combobox.

Someone posted a link to a supposed bug report regarding some kind of problem while saving with Trevor at the strip club to Rockstar listing their system components.

 

Did I dream this? Is the forum bugged? I'm scared...

 

Man, he was trolling and you fell for it. His post was a spam and you've replied to it, mod came here and removed his and your post.

 

Okay wait, no. He didn't troll me at all. He confused me of all things. I directly assumed that he attempted to trick some guy at R* support into providing him with some kind of info by acting it straight.

 

Like what happened with that guy that asked about SLI and got a response saying that there were no known system requirements as of yet. Which implies the obvious.

 

I was way too confused by what he meant with his post to fall for anything. I was just very curious and investigative due to a similar past event. You can see what i'm talking about in Silver Wolf's thread.

There's a question. Why would they even add PC to a support ticket IF game is not finished yet and not even announced.

Hmmm..... That is really weird. Though they likely removed it for the reason why it was being used, to ask about the PC version. They were probably having to dedicate so many of their support staff to replying to PC questions that they just took it off.

 

But the fact it was there in the first pace is even more strange.

 

f*cking Rockstar, why are they always so secretive and try to stay so mysterious?

Well the issues you will find in story mode and online will be quite different. My guess is they separate them so the questions can be directed to the correct support staff members to answer the questions or help with the difficulties. Just makes life easier for everyone that way.

Now, it is possible to select the PC platform. But you first need to select another game.

Well Im going to share one of my toughts here.

 

If you got that link http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs?platFormId=8 (social club), platFormId=8 means PC on a related table, I think it's a data table which contains R* platforms. If you try to navigate with ID=8 you will be unable to access career link. With anyother plataformID you can access it.

 

My bet is, when you can view career with platform PC selected. Something is going to happen!

 

An error occur when ID it's 8 and career is requested.

Wow! Nice find. You can navigate to the career even if you are on Nintendo DS (number 4), but not if you have PC (8) selected.
