They also show The Last of us and Saints Row 4..... they just put in a few PS3 games.

I don't give a sh*t anymore. Rockstar had their chance and they blew it. They lost sales by delaying the PC version.

 

Take all the time you wish f*ckstar nobody will be buying/playing/pirating your game. Noone wants your spoiled milk anymore. Should've given it to us sooner and made the f*cking sale.

Butt hurt much? When the game will come out on PC you will be buying/playing/pirating. Business is business..

Not necessarily. A PS4/Xbone version of the game could simply be based off of the PC version. The architectures are virtually identical this time around, so it won't take too much effort at make the 'next-gen' versions. Besides, that statement they made wasn't talking about PS4/XBone anyways, they were stating that they had no new GTA game in progress for next-gen or any other games aside from their current one, GTA V.

GTA 5 is coming at the end of the console cycle. Does the advance of technology interest you? Do you think, 'Oh wow, what will GTA 6 look like on a PS4?

 

Of course we're interested. But no, not in terms of GTA, because we're always working on the current game. We look at the tech at a more practical level: what will be ready for which game that we're working on further down the line. We don't have another GTA in development, we don't work on three of these games at a time. That would be phenomenally depressing. So, in terms of GTA, no. We get pitched by the hardware manufacturers on what they're planning to do and our tech guys come up with ideas on how that could be used. Does this influence design decisions? Of course. But we're not sat there fantasising about 10 years down the line. We're so busy with what we're doing right now.

What he said is that GTA V is completely current-gen game and they didn't develop games specifically for next-gen consoles so far. When they developed GTA V, they were oriented on current generation of consoles and their possibilities.

 

But it doesn't mean that they can't port current-gen game to next-gen consoles. It will have better graphics, etc., but it will not be the real next-gen game.

There is still no reason to believe the PC version will be delayed until next-year. At least based on what we have uncovered so far, it just wouldn't make any sense.

 

R* has far too much to gain come November/Holiday season and a lot to lose if they stand idle on the PC version.

 

They can't bullsh*t us with some crap like" we are proud to announce that we are starting work on the PC version of GTA V and we expect it be released in April 2014" either. We know, as they know, that they can't do that.

 

It's barely October 1st, the month has literally just begun. We have all month to wait for a potential announcement.

11:40 and near the end. They showed video from Michael's trailer!

PS4 version confirmed!

 

That's interesting, but:

 

1. "The Last Of Us" will be released on next-gen? Is it confirmed offcially? What about other games from the trailer?

 

2. During presentation he mentioned Gaikai, so maybe some of the games from that trailer will be accessible on PS4 through Gaikai. Maybe that's what they meant when they included those games in the trailer
