When R* releases GTA: Online it will come as an update to the game. And update means another place to search for PC files.

@grayborders: Mate, it's not gonna matter that much to me 'cause I'm in 12th grade am hence it won't make that much of a difference as opposed to without it.

 

Guys, if the update does somehow contain pc-related files, don't expect to much. (not that we can, but nevertheless).

That is entirely different statement. Great find ! That sounds like how they would answer when asked about "AGENT". In other words, it's coming soon.

I can say I starting to loose my interest in GTAV, so if they will not release it this year I still have ACIV, WD or even BG2EE.

 

Oh and if they release GTA after 8 months I think I will just download it and wait for 50/75% off sale before buy it.

Personally I can see R* releasing it Nov/Dec/Jan... They wouldn't put it on hold for too long. People eventually get bored and move on. And guys i think R* knows what they're doing. Just give them a break.

They may slip a PC announcement in. Because they are already paying allot, for the attention they get for GTAO. So it would be smart to use this time to get some attention for a GTA 5 PC announcement. :D

GTA Online is going to be big, even bigger than GTA V singleplayer and Rockstar for sure wants to expand GTA Online for it to last for years. Funny thing - Rockstar said that they wanted to do GTA Online since GTA III, they were gathering thoughts etc. I don't think that their dream is to release GTA Online with 16 players, DAT graphics and only for 8 years old hardware, when they could have 64 players, very good graphics and daily updates thanks to Steam.

I think it will go like this:

 

"blabla talk about online beeing awesome. Oh btw people u know what is also awesome? GTA5 and GTA Online will be released on PC Next month! We told u we were closing the gap, and see we did it! yay! After that they will show u a 32 player gang heist and battle, saying this is what we made this game for on PC! And we are improving the multiplayer mode. To go up to 100 people, in the GTA SA map, including VC and liberty city next year! "

 

Thats what I think will happen, if this does happen im gonna take a day off(or more) from work when it releases. :D

 

Edit: they will add a secret unicorn, I saw it in the files. :evilgrin:

If people act like dicks by expecting no bugs at all on consoles(gta online) and r* receives flack , then who knowz? They might just hypothetically announce it !

 

But of course, that's just me expecting r* to be nice, and not very r*-like to us pc gamers.

Same for me, just let them release the singleplayer first so we can play that first. I was planning on playing the singleplayer before multiplayer anyways. ^^

And Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty 4. But these two games have their own fans and I doubt GTA V will change their mind.

on other news: I just found my original copy of GTAIV!! I thought i lost it in the house fire couple of years back.. well no more pirating of GTA IV for me :D (R* actually gave me another CD-key but since I did not have the original disc I had to pirate trough the DVD protection)
