PC Version of GTA V Discussion

Well if that supplier says Spring 2014, I aint even going to wait anymore.

 

I'll be investing my money on a other game then.

 

On spring 2014 most of us will know almost everything about GTA V so we won't be interested to play it as we are now.

 

Exactly the more I get to wait, the less hyped I get because it isn't interesting and I got spoiled slightly it's not a new experience for me anymore.

Well, I can imagine that last gen mode in terms of PC would be anything prior to DirectX11. So, for example, DX9 and DX10. I could be wrong, though.

Yeah, but the only thing it indicates is the date of the build. It does not indicate when the file was compiled the first time, and it does not show when Rockstar actually started to work on the PC version.

It's good that they found out that stability is poor, at least they can fix it And we don't know the date of those logs... Could be 2009...

 

About G2Play - they are really trusted and this could be true, still it doesn't mean it will be released in Spring 2014, could be earlier. Anyways, this is good. They also changed release date on their website, I checked G2Play website a few days ago, there was no release date, but now - Grand Theft Auto V is expected to be released Spring, 2014. Release dates are subject to change without notice.

Some people think the PC version is coming around December or January, I'm thinking that the announcement is coming around that date and the release will be around April

Adding San Fierro + Las Venturas + countryside from SA to the map of GTA V. That would be f*ckin' awesome!

But then again, it could be not an accurate information. We still could get it this year I can wait till the next Spring. All I need is an availability to pre-order GTA V on Steam. Then it would be much more easier to wait when I could see GTA V alongside other games on Steam

No, we will not get it this year. If retailer says it, and does it without even hesitating and without doubt, that means that it's 100% for sure.

That's not true. Various of retailers claimed that GTAV is coming to PC between November and December this year. On the other hand, some retailers claimed that the game is coming to PC in Spring 2014.

 

Nothing is confirmed, and everything should be taken with a grain of salt if it's not official information from Rockstar or Take-Two.

well sure its never a good thing to play an allready spoiled game but still if thats the only option for them to release it for PC then so be it (i wouldnt mind an earlier PC release date tho)

I remember it too. When I watched all GTA IV videos (literally) except the ones which spoils story n sh*t, when I got the game - I was hyped, everything was new for me, except some city parts. We are all different.

 

And don't forget GTA Online, you can't spoil it in any way. I am hyped for it and will allways be untill we will get a PC version.

I will still get the game even if it might have been spoiled for me during the time I have to wait.

 

The question thought is whether I will pay full retail price for it, which I doubt, most likely I will wait even further until it drops in price on Steam.

I just wonder what is the reason behind the delay of PC version. I mean, they've made 1 bln in three days and it was to be expected. So if the money isn't the case, what's it?

its the same map/game... just multi player. but you can do Online only missions with friends ETC...
