I'm not too optimistic about a PC version's release before April '14

Me neither. It will just be 8 months again, if worst, then even more...

May or June. Not this year, only a desperate man will think GTAV will be released for PC this year.

It's impossible, not in the universe of R*. Otherwise the univerese will implode and we all go back to apes playing our own GTA.

May 2014 would be a reasonable release date, if you count from October 2013 that's exactly 8 months...

Let's wait and see... Maybe R* will surprise us, most likely not but a man can dream, eh..?

For a second I considered BUYING a console ONLY for GTA V, so I won't have to wait for 8 months, I thought I'll buy it as an "End of Service gift" (I'm finishing my alternative service in October)

Good thing a friend of mine convinced me that its a waste of money

I can tell you it is indeed a waste of money. I bought it for some good games but in the end it was nothing but a waste.

My TV also suck, ugly audio and all, bad display and 600Hz. I really regret it buying all the crap.

And the Dualshock 3 controller is also very bad, it's summers now and playing on it is getting hard because your fingers will slip away because of the sweat.

So again, you have to buy other some crap if you want a better controller.

 

If you would have bought PS3, it will be like you have threw your money in the trashbin when GTAV is released for PC.

GTAV will come to PC anyway and then it's really worth it like I waited for GTAIV for PC.

I had sh*tload of fun with IV on PC.

I hope Silver Wolf is right and we will get it sooner than we think. I hope Rockstar changed a little bit, if not... I will be very disappointed.

I don't think rockstar has changed at all,

 

they're going to have no choice after GTA V, It's their last game on the generation 7 hardware, They won't be able to get away with sh*tty ports after that.

After Sep 17Th the count-up begins will it be as long as last time ? is the question .

Hoping it's not a vastly long wait . If it ends up to being in March next year as CVG has suggested then im not sure what ill do .

 

It just seems that R* makes us wait for PC ,as to other game companys that put em out there the same i think that is the way to go Due to the fact We would also like to play the game @ the same time ,& also Enjoy a Midnight release .

 

PC players :

*No midnight launch

*Not able to play it the same time

 

I see things like this :

It takes a PC to create a game either on Pc or on Console .Show the respect ,Who cares for sales figures On this 1 ,it's going to be the largest game ever sold .

I don't know, I hope that Rockstar will grow some brains and release a PC version before April 2014 but I don't think its gonna happen, Maybe a PC version is in the works and maybe not, if not, it'll take some time to port it, polish it and release it, so April-May 2014 is more than a reasonable release date
