They are fakes but they are nice looking fakes no doubt. Like seriously even though it's spam here on the forums, whoever made those fakes deserves some cookies.

This is in no way fake. You can tell. Look at that artwork. It would be insanely hard to create that same type of artwork. It looks JUST like the style of the first one R* released the other day. Until proven otherwise, I'm going to say that I think this is definitely legit.

I know we've seen a lot of sh*t waiting for the game, but there is no doubt in my mind this is real. The artwork is too well done, and looks consistant with the recently released artwork by Rockstar.

 

Now, on topic with the picture, it looks amazing, and dogs are pretty much confirmed now.
