Hi... thats my problem. When I start the game that happens:

I've installed cleo newopcodes, the asi loader and just one mod:

In my new PC, with W-8.1 64 bit, ImVehFt.asi crased the game... :/

 

EDIT: Now work fine, sh*t file gta! XD

I saw some imvehft3.0 screenshots, I don't know if those are fake or not, but those features... man, especially the "backward visiblity" (:p) is just pure epicness.

 

For the present version: my dream is just a preference in the ini to be able to turn off license plate lightning.

and I wanted to make GTA V HUD it also comes as a similar problem that I have no Shader3.0 I have shader model 5.0 and I have updated everything I have on pc

When the rear lights (break lights and tail lights) activate on my car (adapted for IMVehFT of course), there is a lighter outline around the light as shown below:

That's your texture problem, not a problem with IVF

Notice the polygons overlap the black borders between, over, and under the lights.

 

So, can anyone tell me how to fix the discoloration I get in the first picture?

I could be wrong, but looking at your textures, I think that you have changed the brightness of the black 'borders' too; meaning that they also turn 'on' with the lights. But that shouldn't happen if you have different materials on your lights and borders. Are they both using the same materials or different ones? Check and report back please.

Thanks for replying. As you can see from my ZMod picture, the polygons overlap the borders. The only way to get different materials on the borders and the lights is to split the polygons, which I do not know how to do.

I'm sorry, but you'd have to use 3ds Max for splitting those polygons, because ZM doesn't have an option for that AFAIK.

You are looking at the rear light polygons. There is no glass material on my vehicle's rear lights.

 

 

I'm sorry, but you'd have to use 3ds Max for splitting those polygons, because ZM doesn't have an option for that AFAIK.

 

I figured it would come to this. 3DS Max has never worked for me. Any car I exported with 3DS Max makes the game crash when spawned. I even tried GMax. GMax would not create a dff file with Kams Scripts.

That's the only reason to crash lol. Max doesn't export it just like that unlike ZM, you need to mess with the car's .col file first. Keep in mind that if you intend to use Max, don't use Kam's exporter. There's an alternative one I can PM you, but that also messes with collision; although it ain't as buggy as Kams' one.

 

However, IF you don't wanna use Max, you can just somehow leave the border area in your lights the same black colour on both textures so that they don't look 'lit'.

Did you change the 'SAMP_Fix' from 0 to 1 in ImVehFt.ini??

Can you tell me what to do with the col file? I am not sure what "mess" means. Also, could you PM me that exporter? I am using 3DS Max 2013 32-bit.

 

I already tried leaving the border the same color.

Hi Everyone,

 

First of all thanks to everyone who developed this great mod

 

I have problem with colors...I read all the pages about ImVehFt but I couldn't find a clue about it...I added around 30 extra colors to colors.dat and they were working very well before I install ImVehFt mod. After I installed it my extra colors turned black (blank) on cars. And I do not have any color limiter or other stuff, When I change the extra color slot to a original GTA SA slot (like 134 to 80) I can see my colors...Anyone has any suggestions?

That's a well-known problem with ImVehFt which *hopefully* _DK will fix soon. Any color more than 126 ID (that is, added ones or the SAMP ones) will show black due to a bug with IVF.

Did you install ASI Loader? GTA SA doesn't load .asi files by default, you know :p

404 Error-User Not Found

I hate to post yet another issue here, but I have a problem with ImVehFt. It crashes halfway through loading, UNLESS I remove my gta_sa.set file. If I do that, everything loads fine and ImVehFt works. The prob;em is, I have to do this every time I load GTA. Anybody know of a fix for this? Any help is appreciated! :lol:

I have some issues to report when using ImVehFt and SilentPatch.

 

As you know Silentpatch forces the sunlight we all know from the PS2 version of the game. Now when looking into the sun the front light starts to flicker and eventuelly disappears:

 

Not looking into the sun and the front light works:

Just wanted to report that. The mod itself is great and it became a part of my game. However, I think you should extend the ini options as some people have issues with the numplate for example.

The latest version 2.1.1 is very unstable as f*ck. 9 out of 10 the game crashes.

It does work but only if I keep starting up the game and keep starting it up untill it finally loads the game properly.

The game loads fine without crashes if I remove Imveft.

 

Here is a crashlog:
