MyPCSucks 0
Hey, I just got Episodes from Liberty City, It installed fine, but when I try to run it, I get the fatal error WS10, saying "EFLC FATAL ERROR: XNetStartup failed - Please re-boot your system and/or re-install the game 10093" I've tried re-booting AND re-installing, I still get the error. I've been trying to play this for 7 hours x_x I tried R*'s solution (Updating GFWL/updating the game) but, no dice. Jeez, I hate Rockstar sometimes, it's just one problem after another with their PC games Windows 7 Professional x64 4GB RAM Intel Core i3-2100 3.10GHz AMD Radeon HD 6570 2GB Direct X
Girish 3,801
Since you've already tried updating the game and GFWL, try updating Net Framework. Link - http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/de...s.aspx?id=17718

Miro 108
Have you tried to un-install and re-install Windows Live? Try to install the Games for Windows Live Update, this might fix it. In case it doesn't try to also install the Episodes from Liberty City Patch 1.1.2.0 & the .NET Framework 3.5. In case that doesn't work, do the following steps: Uninstall the game. Delete any leftover files from the game folder. Reinstall the game. Delete all files from the Settings folder (choose the right directory depending on your Operating System): Windows XP SP3 - C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings Windows Vista - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\SettingsWindows 7 - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings Try out the solution from the first two pages in this topic, maybe something will help you.
