Arsen Vitiuk
Where'd you find this stuff? It's hard to believe it, especially that we didn't hear of an official release for GBA... Or we simply missed it? Anyway, great job in finding it!
Pyrrhic
Is it possible to put a game onto a GBA cartridge by modifying it? If so I'm think that this is probably what it is. Like Arsen, I've never heard of it being released on the GBA at all and I'm not sure the system could even handle it...
Filip
I saw this cartridge some years ago. This is absolutely not fake I have proof. GTA III GBA was developed by Destination Software. Release was cancelled. This is real. PLS somebody buy this game, we could have more screens from this beta release. http://uk.ign.com/games/grand-theft-auto-iii/gba-16504 Menu: Screenshots: GTA Advance is just altered version of GTA III for GBA Edited October 15, 2012 by Filip454

Arsen Vitiuk
How the hell is beta involved in here, I don't get it??? It's just a cancelled game! A cancelled game is NOT a beta version! Because from what I saw I can tell it's an already finished game.
Haashir911
Back On Topic: GBA Port Was Cancelled Because They Thought It Was too Hard to Recreate 3D Missions in a 2D Game. I Might Try Buying This, Since Then I Can Contribute it to People who Make Roms For Emulators

Tycek
I wouldn't be surprised if it would be GTA:A with altered box and cart. Pirates were doing it very often in order to sell more games.
Haashir911
I wouldn't be surprised if it would be GTA:A with altered box and cart. Pirates were doing it very often in order to sell more games. Tycek
We can't deny the fact that GTA 3 for GBA was in development, but due to technical problems with converting missions game was cancelled and GTA:A was made instead. If the GTA 3 was never finished how could it be available on cart somewhere on ebay? I'm saying that someone took GTA:A and change the sticker on cart and box for these from unreleased game (it's not that hard) in order to get a lot of cash from one of the die-hard fans (who wouldn't like to get one and only GTA 3 on GBA?). I don't believe it's actually real deal GTA 3.
Haashir911
That's True, it Could be A Pirate's Immitation. And DARN IT, NOT ENOUGH CASH TO GET THE GBA VERSION !!!!

Haashir911
@Above It Was Confirmed By IGN, The Game Used to Exist, But the Game Couldn't Be Fully Developed Because It Was Hard to Remake the Missions in 2D.
buzbegone
Interesting. But why buy an outdated game on an outdated game system for an outlandish price?
Haashir911
That's True Though. I Think it's Most Likely Cause It Never Came Out, Same with Cheetahmen II (Only People from NES Times Know)
Prometheus
Interesting. When did the development [of the game] start? Edited October 15, 2012 by PrometheusX
Haashir911
Around A Few Days After GTA III Was Released, But since it Was Hard to Immitate the Missions in 2D, They Removed the Missions and Changed Some Stuff, ANd it is Now Known as GTA Advance. "The game is set in Liberty City, in 2000 the fictional GTA city that appeared most prominently, in Grand Theft Auto III. Indeed the earliest announcement of this game was that it would be a port of GTA III, but at some point in development (it is unclear exactly when this occurred) this idea was rejected, probably due to technical limitations and the time needed to reconstruct the previous game's missions in the new two-dimensional environment." III And Vice City Were Also Planned to Be Released On Gamecube Edited October 15, 2012 by Haashir911
Filip
That's True, it Could be A Pirate's Immitation. And DARN IT, NOT ENOUGH CASH TO GET THE GBA VERSION !!!! It's not pirated. Just leftover after company bankrupcy.
Arsen Vitiuk
While it can be a pirated thing, it could be as well a real game. One cane only tell if he plays it, no other way this is going to happen. So, if someone can get it, it would be great.
Space Cowboy
It's quite cheap considering how rare it is, I doubt it's real......
Arsen Vitiuk
You should see it first! Then, and only then, can you tell what is real, what is not.
Tycek
If you're so hasty to see it, why not shell 100$ yourself? I would like to see your face if it happened to be GTA:A.
Arsen Vitiuk
Simply don't own a GBA. And for me personally it would be nothing wrong if it was Advance. Simply because I don't have one. And plus, you're getting it wrong - I'm saying that one cannot surely tell whether it is fake or not until one buys it and plays it, that's all. That doesn't at all mean that I urge everyone to buy it!
