Clues explained: Clue #1: Unique but common at the same time. The Kuruma in the beginning of the game has a unique teal color, but the Kuruma is a common car that spawns on all three islands. Clue #2: Unique amongst the other unique vehicles in the game. It's the only unique vehicle with this color, and I'm pretty sure none of the regular cars have this color either.
