I really hope there is minimum one other big city, and i believe in it after all the years of developing GTA V. But i think Rockstar would shown it very short before the Release.

Look at the countdown on the main GTAnet page to work out what time it will be where you are. According to that we are currently about 1 day and 2 hours away from GI release.
