According to the announcement they want to release the digital issue in the afternoon in their time which is Central Time (UTC -6). I really hope it won't be a late afternoon.. or I have to wait for the next day until I get to see the new informations and everything.

I posted a potentially fake leak a few hours ago that came from a gamefaq forums, but the topic on that forum was made on 30th October. Yet, just a few hours after I posted it, now websites seem to be posting it too. Where were they the last 6 days that this "leak" had been posted?

They'll just say Spring 2013. If Rockstar were 100% sure of an exact release date then they would have given us it. The best they can do just now is "spring 2013" = April-June 2013.
