He seems to have deleted all GTAV related tweets.

He still has the Andy McNamara tweet about the 18 page story over GTA V retweeted as well as his own tweet confirming the 18 page story for his followers.

Anyway, I'm glad I don't have to worry about whether I will be able to see some scans or not. I have my sources all lined up! Plus, I've made up my mind to pick up a physical copy of the issue for myself at GameStop on the 16th.

I mean, I'm still going to look at the scans my sources are supplying me. But that's only because I am literally not going to be able to wait another week for the physical copy to be released. The main reason I want the physical copy is because I consider it a collectible. Especially since this is going to be the biggest article GI has ever written.

Nah, it'll be just one cover I think.

 

"all three digital issues" just mean the (1) ipad, (2) android and (3) PC/Mac browser versions. you can only access them if you have a digital subscription.

Dont know if anyone has read this but i thought it was a good read. Especially the little bits about the story of gta 4. I hope its improved in gta v cause RDR was far better imo. Guess we will find out in the GI mag.

The only worry I have is that the screenshots will take up a few pages of the magazine. Thus leaving about 10 pages of info not 18 to be exact (written info). Don't get me wrong, I love screenshots, but I just hope they don't take up too much space.

 

Nonetheless, I'm sure R* will post the screens on their site anyway, so maybe they won't have to be too big the the GI mag, in order for people to clearly see them.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about that lol. Even if screen shots did take up 8 pages, we still would have 10 pages of info.

I keep reading how people have trouble buying individual issue of GI from GameStop. They are basically saying GameStop employees make you subscribe in order to get GI.

I wonder what the reason was for RockStar not giving any information for a whole year apart from a dozen screenshots.

 

If their plan was to give no information until they ready to launch the game and then BOOM start an intense marketing campaign of a few weeks or so, I think that strategy would work wonders.

 

But if they announce a March-May regular release date then I think what was the point in the long void of information?

We all get disappointed when a game is delayed and RockStar have had quite a few delayed games, so what if the decided to release no information until they were certain the game was ready for release.

 

And that moment of certainty came when they invited GI round to New York HQ

 

Maybe this is the big surprise Andrew Reiner referred to on Twitter
