That's why the game is unplayable, it has those 3 hour long loading times that kill the pacing, so it can have those good graphics. Just watched the videos in your sig... Laugh it up, kids, but in this case he's 100% correct. The problem with people today is they can't see past the trailer. It's obvious an open map game will not have as good graphics (texture resolution, texture variation, model details, effects) as a railroad game like MP3, anyone with a half a brain can understand that. Miss Darko Posted October 11, 2012 Share Posted October 11, 2012 Well the screenshots and the trailer tell about the same story: it looks about as good as Red Dead Redemption (maybe a bit worse since it will be a little bit more 'populated' than RDR was, but it could also be a little better optimized as well to make up for that). You've already replied to his post... He is right by the way, the cut scenes/loading videos in Max Payne 3 killed the pace of the game, made it feel like watching a f*cking movie (not in a good way). Horribly annoying if you are doing trophies, in particular killing all the guys at the bus station trophy. Come to think of it, Zee has been consistently right over the past year... I believe that Table Tennis was the first R* game to use R.A.G.E. It was, but I didn't want to sayy All Games since Table Tennis, as Bully would have been released around the same time and that didn't use RAGE. So easier to say from GTA IV onwards as that covers GTA IV, MC LA, EFLC, RDR and Max Payne 3. Yeah, Bully SE used a heavily modified engine of Havolk to look just like the original game. It's different. they said the graphic will be the same as you can see, i'm sure that the action and the control will be different cuz max payne3 and GTA V it's not the same but.. the graphic will be the same . rockstar never said once that gtav will have the same graphics as max payne 3, if anything max payne will have better graphics cos its a linear game with not much stuff going on at once. also, that GTALAD4EVA really needs to get a life, all i see on the newswire is his name, on every post that rockstar makes. I believe this to be because R* North has a better grasp of the engine than R* Vancouver. Sure MP3 looked amazing in certain parts. My eyes are fine.... Some parts/textures of Max Payne 3 were smushed crud on console. It was a mixed bag. Havok is the physics engine, bully ran on the Renderware game engine, same with GTA III, VC and SA and hundreds of games around those times. And The Matrix stole them from John Woo films, which funnily enough is what Max Payne got them from, there's even an in-joke in the first Max Payne about it (the password to get past the door is John Who?
