Need help with pimp my car mod

Hi

First, sorry if my topic is in wrong section, i though most suitable for it.

Second, my problem..

I want to use pimp my car mod.

I only want those underground neon lights.

But whenever i try installing it, the game hangs on turning it on.

I did everything told in readme.

Still....

 

I ONLY WANT THOSE UNDERGROUND PURPLE NEON LIGHTS.

Please tell me what and how should i install it.

You can use cleo4 mod and in that use dk22pac neon mod..

Well...

Sorry but all my mods that i use are basically for cleo 3.

...So cant use cleo 4.

Though i knew that already that it will work in cleo4 but i just didnt like cleo 4 much... dont know why...

 

So can you please tell me a way to make it work in cleo 3?

Or i will need to skip this mod?
