In all previous GTAs there are only two variations of explosions and anything bigger would be limited to cutscenes. I would love to be able to have a truck full of explosive to plant near a mobster's house and obliterate everything in sight. I do however think there might be an engine limitation restricting how big explosions can be. Many games have done this and it's fun to drive through the ruts that you created. Also, blowing up certain things with an RPG, like fuel pumps at a gas station, of a fuel tanker truck, SHOULD result in a much larger explosion than usual. It would be cool, but it looks kind of saintrowish... Are we really going to keep awesome stuff that actually exists out of the game because it looks too "Saintsrowish"? Seriously, people want realism, yet chainsaws, flamethrowers, and fireworks like this actually exist and yet they should still be kept out for being too colorful. Why? They're basically regular explosives with more magnesium and colors thrown in. And they would make great distractions, like maybe you set one off on one side of town so the police are distracted while you rob the bank on the other side.
