iLiR
Some of DirectX components are missing. Re-install DirectX 9.0c, or try to put d3dx9_40.dll in "C:\Windows" directory and see if that works for you.

iLiR
Although d3dx9_26.dll is also needed for ENBSeries to run. This is a quote from the official ENBSeries page: d3dx9_26, d3dx9_40 - required to run ENBSeries, but download them only if game won't start with modification and display error message. These libraries are part of DirectX Runtime, they are not exist in system only for those users, who did not update DirectX several years or did clear installation of OS recently. If you need them, unpack to same folder, where ENBSeries is. Also you can put these files in to system folder of your windows installation. How can I install an enb.. Download that d3dx9_40.dll and drag it to C: Windows System (or system 32 if u're using 32 bits) Now click on start and write cmd and run it as an admin. when it opens Type: regsvr32 d3dx9_40.Dll - and press Enter. It'd have to send u a message like blablabla.dll has been succesfully installed

IntelGma4500sucks
Downloaded & tried but still doesn't work..Can you explain me fully..Please ..Because I really like to use it.. Sry for my bad english I'm learning it only 4years... So, at first Download REGSVR32(Try to find some regsvr for win64 bit pls) and d3dx9_40.dll, then drag it to :C/Windows/System on Windows7 system 32 or 64. Then run CMD as Admin and type Regsvr32 d3dx9_40.dll and ENTER. There'd have to appear a message like d3dx9_40.dll succesfully installed ! If not try this PS and I'm really sorry for my english, I've got a lot to learn
