I agree discussing cloud movements is a joke, but there isn't anything else to discuss. Otherwise this forum might as well be shut down until Rockstar release more info.

I haven't been paying attention to the clouds above in the trailer just the detail of the ingame play, don't see it as much of a big deal unless Rockstar are fixing it atm.

I think clouds could impact slightly. I mean, we're going to be flying planes aren't we? If the clouds end up moving as fast as a plane then that could be annoying.

I'm not sure about wind direction or weather conditions being implemented into the game. Has any game ever used it effectively?

 

It would be cool though if heavy winds affecting planes or how your character would maneuver around mountains on foot.
