Middle map not loading

I have gta iv 4 for pc first of all i installed the 1.0.7.0 patch.... then i installed a simple native trainer 6.4 everything work just fine no lagging no crashing

then i installed a car mod and all cars for amazingly no crashing no lagging like i said then i wanted to install a HD texture for manhattan. Its my fault i dident follow the directions correctly i placed the files in the folder it told me C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\data\maps\manhat

 

 

In manhat was alot of .wtf .wdr and more files i place some more files like that in that file.

then i loaded the game ran fine then when i spawned in my safehouse in the middle city of the map

"I forgot whats its called"

I went below the map i spawned a car and flew to the other side of the map there was no middle city

When i quit the game i take out the files that i put in and i just have the original i notice the the orginal files in the folder manhat were renamed like $FAIBPANU.wtd Whats the problem???

 

 

Please help me If you need more info Please tell me im online 24/7

Your best bet is reinstalling the game.

I really dont want to install the game. And no its not cracked i worked my own money to buy gta Iv PC
