Space Cowboy Posted October 6, 2012 Share Posted October 6, 2012 (edited) Hi, so I'm trying to get 100% completion for first time and I'm in relatively late stage in game(still I have lot to do though) and I noticed minor thing in my stats- game apperantly didn't count people saved during Paramedic so I have 0 people saved in stats and I have already done Paramedic. I'm asking only because if it doesn't effect my game, so I won't be able to get 100%. What do you think? BTW I'm using Steam version of GTA III. No cheats/mods. If not, then, I fear, you will have to complete the Paramedic mission once again. Actually, in GTA III, Paramedic is done 3 ways-ie. after a certain point, you get the Health icon at the safe houses, at another point you get the Adranaline pill at the safe houses, and then after level 12 you get infinite sprint...I didn't know this until Demarest pointed that out back in the day on here... That way, you will receive Health hand Adrenaline pick-ups along the way, thus making your main objective Completing Level 12. But sometimes, the Health and Adrenaline rewards do not account. That's why, assuming that the OP did have Infinite Sprint, I asked him about those intermediate rewards which could have possibly 'fallen out' from the sequence. The Paramedic counts as done only if ALL 3 rewards - Health, Adrenaline and Infinite Sprint - are earned. So yes, Demarest made sense. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just to be sure, when Claude is on foot, run and then press and hold the 'Sprint' button. If he does not get tired after 20 seconds of running, then you do have the Infinite Sprint.
