universetwisters
I was watching an episode of the Young Ones on my computer a few minutes ago, and I was thinking, who else here likes to watch shows from other countries? I love the young ones, keeping up appearances, and Housos
Robinski
Being from a country that's not the US: yes. I don't think you realise the clout you guys have culturally. The Young Ones is great too. Vivian getting himself lost in Narnia and the university challenge episode are definite highlights.
universetwisters
I don't think you realise the clout you guys have culturally. Its a shame, really. Look at adult swim for example. I bet if I were to make a show with very poor acting/animation, sh*tty writing, and a soundtrack full of garage band kids, they'd give me a show. Now I have to resort to watching Housos and The Young Ones online just to get a few laughs ;_;

Voodoo
I've watched a bunch of UK shows, mostly comedy. It's a nice change from the usual US dreck. There are some Aussie shows I've liked, as well.

The-King
I fancy myself a Whovian so of course I watch copious amounts of both Dr. Who and Torchwood. I'm also intending on catching up with Copper and Sherlock soonish, once I finish Eureka. On top of those I've been a huge anime fan since my pre-teens, so there's that as well. |PropagandaIncorporated:|: Steam:|: DeviantArt:|: Last.FM|

WF the Hobgoblin
Pretty much all the of tv I watch is from either the UK or North America. I say North America because a lot of the "american" programs I like actually turn out to be Canadian or joint American-Canadian. I don't really watch many programs from other countries though, never been into the Aussie soaps for example. The only thing I can really think of is Takeshi's Castle and Ninja Warrior and such. Andyzoot
Lots of American stuff and I kind of like Chris Lilley's stuff from Australia. European crime dramas seem to have a bit of popularity over here in the UK such as Wallander, Spiral and the original Killing but I haven't checked any of them out to be honest with you. DonkeyEatingCheese
I watch lots of american tv shows. Also some Japanese animes too. I don't watch my own country's shows as they are mostly pathetic love stories.
AceRay
I don't watch much TV these days but I try to watch Neighbours occasionally. The only other thing I really watch is 7 Days and Jono and Ben at Ten, both hilarious comedy shows I have watched the entire run of Friends a few times and plus just caught up on some Californication last week, but that's mostly it for me.. darthYENIK
I'm always watching BBC America. Just a month or so ago I started watching the new Doctor Who. Just watched the episode where the Doctor and Martha Jones hide out in the boarding school, and the Doctor, believing he's human falls in love with Jessica Hynes. Very touching episode. And of course right after that was the episode with the "weeping angels", which was great. Speaking of Jessica Hynes, I watch Spaced every now and then with my mother. She's interested with the differences between the U.S. and U.K. I'm interested in all the great geek culture references. And I don't know if it really counts as international, but if the NHL season was going I usually watch some Hockey Night in Canada on Saturday nights. Hmmm nice bike
When I was younger, I loved Mr. Bean, I still have the DVD set! As far as other British telly goes, I like Mock the Week, The Inbetweeners, the original Channel 4 episodes of Da Ali G Show, and the original version of The Office, and I used to watch Life on Mars from time to time whenever PBS would show it. From Japan, I like Gaki No Tsukai (variety show of a couple of guys basically f*cking around and putting themselves through crap for our enjoyment, it's basically every weird Japanese game show all in one, this show is the origin of that Japanese "No Laughing" program videos on YouTube) and Cromartie High School (the only anime I've ever been able to get into, it's pretty much meant to be random as hell and I think it's pretty funny).
