A friend of mine had the very first GTA and invited me to play it at his house. I honestly didn't enjoy it, but in time, I gradually grew to love it and eventually the entire series as time progressed.

I actually played VC first according to my parents, but I remeber playing III? (I guess they are right, I might have just been thinking wrong.) (My mom got VC as a gift on PS2.)

 

I did not actually start paying attention to the GTA games until I got IV the day it came out on XBOX 360.

I played GTA III after it was released on PC. I was very young, barely understood the game - the first GTA 'experience' I've ever had was Liberty City Stories.

Grand Theft Auto III back in 2002. All I can say is that it became my favourite Playstation 2 game immediately. Great game at the time and today it's a classic.

I voted GTA 2 as it was the first one I played properly but I just realised as I was typing that I had played GTA 1 on the PS1 at a friend's house prior to that.

It was GTA VC i guess, with my cousin's PS2

I can remembered the screen that show us the name of the region when we enter that region

 

Play for a couple of days and when i came back to his house a year later, he was already played SA.

My Cousin Used to Have GTA VC And I One Day Asked him what it Was, he Said "GTA VC, A 3D Open World Shooter".

So I Sat and Watch him Play for Hours and Hours to Come.

 

Then When I Got Back to My Own Town, I Went to the Store to Pick Up A Copy of VC, My Life Would Never Be the Same Again.
