With the lack of info there's really nothing to even be hyped up about. The trailer was released almost a year ago and after watching it a couple times it just gets old.

 

I'm sure I'll still get it when it comes out it's just by the looks of that it may not be for another 6 months or even more since marketing hasn't really even started yet. I'd like to just have a guesstimate release window if anything.

My interest is high, but my hype is low. So little info - so little to get excited about. With this continual drought I feel very 'meh' about the whole thing.

 

I'd be a 10 on a 'frustrated' level.

If the drought was actually making people lose interest, they wouldn't be checking for new info daily.

The only ones who's hype level is in actuality is 5> don't come here anymore...and they probably won't until the floodgates open. When that happens, you can bet they will be back.

Lol I find it funny that 10 is #1 and 1 is #2 at the moment. Anyways, i gave it a 3 because i think even for this site alone hype is dieing slowly yet alone everyone else. The drought has terribly effected this game's hype and at this point in the season where multiple highly anticipated games are coming out and how long its been since we got the last bit of information which were screens and really not that much to go by I feel many of us can take it or leave it at this point. surely when something is released again it will hit a 10 in a heartbeat, at the moment and if they continue this for a bit more i say its a 3.

I also won't be anymore hyped than I am now when new info has come out. It won't interest me all that much because they just simply cannot be bothered.

 

I'd be proud to work and be apart of GTA, R* simply aren't.

Exactly. I find myself becoming a whinging sod with regard to Rockstar - which I thought I never would. But this has gone on too long.

 

We appreciate the game is not finalised - but it must be close.

 

Is the media marketing campaign (which is just as enjoyable as the game itself) EVER going to begin?

 

We still have:

 

- Release date

- Plot details

- Who the protagonist is

- Website launch

- Magazine previews

- Artworks

- Trailer 2

- Trailer 3

- Online previews

- Teaser sites

- Boxart

- Website updates complete with:

- Map updates

- Radio updates

 

So far we have none of the above. And, with this continual drought - my hype has diminished so much that I'm past caring - I should be excited - but I can't see any of the above ever happening (as whingingly ridiculous as this sounds).

 

Its got the point where I can't see us getting any of the above until 2013.
