Idea For finding out what other town is in gta v

Sorry if this has been mentioned before but an idea I've had for a method of finding out what other town could be in gta v, is to see if we can find out which police forces around L A use police cars in the style of one of the screenshot that was released. I mean the one with the very distinctive blue police cars. It could give as one or two fairly reliable ideas of one of the other towns to be featured, all be it, probably one of the smaller towns in the sticks. Which I believe is what there will be, I cant see there been anymore major cities, but thats for another debate. Ok this will only work if every town outside L A doesn't police cars styled like the ones in question, but from my initial research they're not that common. Not in that part of the world anyway. So far the only one Ive found is Medford but that is North of San Francisco, so I cant see it been there as R* said it will be set in a re-imagined modern day Southern California.

What you're seeing is arguably just blue reflection.

But there aren't many departments that use blue (if it indeed is)

Medford is also in Oregon, not California, I highly doubt they're doing the entire West Coast. It's most likely a blue sky reflection (notice how the red Infernus also has blue reflecting off of it).

I can see your argument that the cars are indeed the normal black and it is just the way the light is reflecting, but the bonnet to one of the cars in background really looks like it is blue. of course I could be wrong. It would be interesting though if a force in the L A region uses cars like the ones used by the medford police. especially if the town is a place of interest, say the closest town to Mt. Chilad or another town that is of interest that would add something to the game,

maybe a town that has something unique to it that R* need to add, say a Air force base or something, maybee just a cool tourist attraction that R* intends to include just for a treat or a mission.

Maybe I am clutching at straws but Im going to investigate for abit anyway, till I get bored. I might get lucky or discover something completely different. If just to pass a bit of time, at the very least I'll probably find a few cool locations that I can wish will be in the game.

Try to keep track here will you, Black and dark blue are not the same colour, they are different. So Im guessing that it wasnt that long a go you was in Kindergarten.

It's also not a guarantee that Rockstar will re-create real life police cars. They might design their own.

I looked at this awhile ago, but I came to the assumption that it was indeed the reflection of the sky.

I know what your driving at eagle eye, and in the example you've shown I still think it looks black. Though that could just be my mind because I already know its black. I did say I was clutching at straws and admitted I could be wrong almost straight away. but if any of the surrounding forces cars are a blue/dark blue rather than black it could mean that its possibley included. Anyway without any evidence it is clutching at straws which is why I posted on here, to see if anybody could confirm my thought.

You said the police cars are dark blue, he is saying they are black. I think you mean that the cars look dark blue.

It could be a border patrol car. In SoCal, especially near San Diego area they're often seen driving around. They're usually green and white looking cop cars. Perhaps their version is blue and white.

fairly certain most cop cars are metal dude, not sure of the name, i think it's aluminum, I'm not certain.

the thing that gives the reflection is the paint job, usually gloss. This thread is bogus, such a big mistake to think that the car is blue, lock this please, this thread is like that crazy guy by the ATM in IV.
