Carl Johnson are growing rapidly and rigidly as the Los Santos government ordered a nationwide arrest plan throughout the whole nation to arrest all involved criminals. Criminal activity has increased by order of the infamous L.A. The growth of L.A are rising at record levels due to a collaboration with Los Santos group called XeX.
