Few weeks to most people is 3 weeks or under because beyond that it would be more like a month. They told us a few weeks or so rather than a month or so which leads most people to believe that an update is coming before that. But the fact that they used "or so" gives them a some wiggle room as to when exactly they plan to release the next update. And I am not sure how to answer the last question you have, but basically what they mean by it isn't really significant is that it isn't all that important because it won't tell us anything new or major. I guess i thought when they said 'a few weeks' that they meant...more than 4 weeks..making it more than a month, and then it would be easy to just say a few weeks. Instead of 'a month or so...' that's alot more specific and they quite clearly didn't want to do that. But i get what you mean now.
