saintsrow Posted September 17, 2012 Share Posted September 17, 2012 After the Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO) Q1 2013 Earnings Call on 31 July 2012, the TTWO stock dropped from $9.13 on 30 July 2012 close, to $7.87 on 1 August 2012 close, a change in value of 13.8% DOWN. Wow, a big change in a bad direction, based on the market's immediate reaction to the earnings report. Now, for the upcoming 20 September 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, we might expect a similar one-day move as a result of what the market hears at the meeting. So this poll is our GTAV forum's prediction of the TTWO stock price percentage change from the Thursday September 20 close (which is just before the meeting starts) to the Friday 21 September close. HOAXi Posted September 17, 2012 Share Posted September 17, 2012 I don't know if the report will say so much, but... The stocks have gone up 3 per cent recently mainly due to the 10 screenshots. R* said (Aug. 24) they will be back with some more to see in a few weeks or so. I guess that "few weeks or so" means BEFORE the 9/20 annual meeting. It is the annual shareholders meeting where people vote (the majority of which is mailed in) on things like the reappointment of the company directors, and other things which are on the agenda like a stock incentive plan.
