If there is no Area 69 then there should be at least something similar.. in a military base (I am sure there will be one, it's almost obvious.. see the fighter jet) or so. With mysteries. Or Easter-Eggs like this:

That sounds like a terrible idea. Too much like VCS, i wouldnt want a protag in the army. Thank god it's incredibly unlikely.

It fits in to the geographical area. It fits in with the political issues around organized crime and drugs with Mexico. It fits in with how Rockstar likes to satire American culture, and what is more pinnacle of American Culture then their oversized army? They could also satire the first person shooters. Rockstar has told us the military is returning, and they'e also mentioned an improved combat system.

 

VCS barely showed any interactions between the protagonist and his military peers. This vein is very much untapped and the possibilities are endless.

I'd love to see an area 51 comeback and hope the game is not only based on LA would like to see the citys nearby add to that the f**** JETPACK as vehicule and a flying saucer.....

 

They could even spoof Bob Lazar who was a scientist that blow the whistle on the army's secret base...I dont want the game to become star wars just a easteregg will do

Didn't they already have an Easter Egg of that in san andreas when a man called into West Coast Talk Radio and said " I can launch a nuke by whistling into a phone"
