It is a shareholders meeting whereby the board of directors are elected or re-elected to their positions, as well as voting on matters such as compensation-based stock for directors, wages, and other stuff that is related to the operation of TTWO, not about their products. Whether or not we get info soon before or soon after the conference, I can't say. But I can tell you without a doubt, that no GTAV information will be released at this conference. also, there's been a few of these topics created already, and they've been locked because this has already been resolved. The focus is actually on things like the reappointment of the directors and their salaries, and the approval of a stock incentive plan to be used for paying select employees where it seems fit.
