manofpeace
Weight Lifting That's a class? I wish I had that in high school. Yeah, it's good for at least learning the basic techniques, the muscles of the body and how they're exercised, and good workout structure.

Chaise
I only have 3 classes this semester, English III, Health, and U.S. History. I'm learning about U.S. History in English III and in U.S. History of course, so I'm learning a ton about my country's history. In Health I'm just learning about being healthy pretty much, all we do in there is just take notes all class period, and then take a test on the notes on Friday. I did have Study Hall all of 4th block, but I drive now and got a job, so I get to leave early now. So far everything is going good compared to my other 2 years of high school which just sucked, hope it stays this way. I used to lift like a madman in high school (slacked off in uni - one day I'll get back), so I would have enjoyed something like that.

El Dildo
I already graduated (in 2009) but I earned a double major in Political Science and Business Administration. also finished with minors in Economics, Criminal Justice, and Psychology. I was one of those kids who didn't really have a clear goal upon starting college. I just started taking any and every class that looked interesting until I wound up with enough credits (after 5 years... lol) to qualify for a complete degree. for instance, I didn't actually become a member of the Poli Sci and Business schools until my Junior year which is really late to be deciding on something. Mr.Mister
For Honors English II, we are learning about Othello, and we just got done reading The Count Of Monte Cristo. Life in Bio, Shapes in Geometry, and nothing in Drama II. I had a fantastic grade 12 english teacher that made us study Othello, lots to write about it and I got good marks in it. For my business class we are supposed to propose a business plan. I was hungover and missed the meeting so my partners decided to do a bakery downtown... im not really feelin the idea. I added an idea that having a catering service would be beneficial. I would want to have a niche. I suggested in selling merchandise (Have a friend making profit off custom clothes and selling probable knockoffs or discounts lol) I also suggested having a party bus company. I'm just using real world examples I've been studying about. If you read this, thank you

We went over how a bunch of thing were foreshadowed, the dialogue, and how Iago was plotting against him. It was funny cuz we watched the movie up to that scene after we read it, and after it showed Rodrigo crying over Desdemona, my teacher just said he needs to man the f*ck up. No Joke. I took my first Geometry test, and I thought i was gonna fail, but i got a 98. Turns out i actually know the material.

I've also got to do Critical Thinking as an extra course, taught only once a week. Critical Thinking, what a waste of time that was. Your school's take on it is probably a lot better than what I had; we basically had our head of sixth round us up in the common room and talk about what was current in the news and whatnot. Debates always occurred between the three same people while the rest of us were wishing that we could finish our games of blackjack... At first it was enforced on us to attend but eventually we all just stopped going because it was just eating up one of our frees.

I've got critical thinking too, basically it's an extension of reading comprehension from English I/II, and also teaches vocabulary and algebraic thinking, but it seems really easy to bullsh*t your way through. ExtremoMania
I'm 16 years old and therefore I'm a graduating student (4th year) in high school in AVHS. We never follow the Grade 7-10 levels until this year (Incoming 1st year students will now have 5th year level, also known as Grade 10). School has already started last June here in the Philippines and will end in March thus the beginning of my college life after graduation. I've also taken the prestigious UPCAT Entrance Exam since August 4 to become applicable in University of the Philippines, not sure if I passed the exam since it is scheduled to be released in February, but if I did passed, I might get the dreams of studying in Manila. Audiophile
Started my second year of my degree recently: First Semester: Legal History Administrative Law Provincial Offences Statistics (joy) And my elective which is Canada and the World: Trade, Diplomacy, and War; seems awesome so far because I love history. Stoked about what is coming up because we'll be getting into things like Canada during the Cold War and contemporary Canada rather than just learning about the fur trade (which we are currently on ). Second Semester: Tribunal Practice and Procedure Legal Computer Applications Legal Research/Writing Residential Landlord and Tenant Law And an elective which I have yet to pick. 2 more years left after this one. But I shouldn't bitch because N2gether69 is in medical school and that's a ton more work. gta_player5
Just graduated a few months ago with a degree in communication with an emphasis on journalism and a pre-law minor. Currently I'm in the application stage to attend graduate school for journalism. I would have started school earlier, but I was a little indecisive regarding what I wanted to do post-grad. Initially, I planned on going to law school and pursuing a career as either a sports agent or defense attorney, but after a lot of thought I decided not to attend. I came to the conclusion of, if I have to think about whether or not I want to attend law school, it's probably not the right decision. Journalism and writing are two things I love doing and I've never questioned my desire regarding either. I've also done some cool stuff and met a lot of interesting people. Definitely something I'm looking forward to.

I actually didn't list everything I'm taking this semester either, I was just talking about at this moment. I'm taking genetics and pathology this semester as well.
