BMX Bike Replaced Faggio AND Faction Vehicle

Has anyone encountered this problem? It seems when I spawn a Faction car, it spawns a broken glitched out BMX bike on its side and there is a ton of pedestrians driving it like that scraping the road. The wheels aren't even connected. It looks really funny but I would like to fix it. I don't understand why it did that if I only replaced the Faggio model. Any ideas? At first I thought the BMX bike was just glitching out from HD-Road textures and peds getting stuck underneath the road. But I was spawning cars in SNT 6.4 and when I came to Faction it was that same broken BMX Bike. If anyone elses uses that cool BMX Bike car mod that replaces Faggio and has seen this please lemme know or lemme know how to fix it. Thanks

 

UPDATE: Nevermind, I replaced my original vehicles.img from common/pc/textures and just replaced the Faggio in TBoGT and it brought back the Faction vehicle from GTA IV. I guess you gotta leave the original Faggio from GTA IV alone? who knows. but here is the solution if anyone has this issue with peds driving a Faggio BMX Bike broken on its side with wheels detached and scraping the road like a lunatic.

I had this when I used a car pack from gta4-mods.com, so I deleted the vehicles file and redownloaded it through steam.

 

Now I am no longer using car packs as most of the packs online are people stealing other peoples work, so I now manually add the files myself.

 

But I cannot spawn any of the new vehicles I have added yet as I do not know how to use the console, I did replace a lot of the cars in the game, but I wanted to add cars not replace them.
