Aurmax Posted September 15, 2012 Share Posted September 15, 2012 Take-Two Interactive has today announced that they will provide a live listen-only webcast of the Annual Meeting of Stockholders which will be held on Thursday, September 20th, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Viewers will be able to listen to the audio portion only of the Annual Meeting. If this appeals, then the webcast will be available via the Internet by visiting http://ir.take2games.com. Take 2 is the parent company of 2K Games, its subsidiaries and Rockstar Games. With the meeting offering focus on forward looking statements, there could be some telling information with regards to one of the company’s most prestigious releases… GTA V. Rockstar has thus far kept a lid on release specifics for its game despite numerous retailer leaks and rumours; but with investors no doubt keen on hearing about the company’s growth forecast it’s possible the meeting could provide some hint. The focus is actually on things like the reappointment of the directors and their salaries, and the approval of a stock incentive plan to be used for paying select employees where it seems fit.
