The only thing is in the GTA V category there is no sub category or either 'Mods' or even better 'third party programs. Please add the 3rd party programs one so i can post my GTA V Tool. Maybe he is talking about his modding ideas he wants to do later when the game is out? Maybe GTA V will have the same coding as GTA IV?
