brandon236 Posted September 15, 2012 Share Posted September 15, 2012 So I downloaded a car pack but it only changed the first two police cars to NYPD. The big ones still say LC noose. I want it to say the department of homeland security. I also want to change the boats. Is there a mod that can do that because I can't seem to find any online? TONS of NYPD / Homeland Vehicles out there. Avoid ELS vehicles like the plague if you like GTA IV's police cars (minus the unrealistic lights).
