What's the first thing you plan on doing once you get your hands on the game ?

Story missions first get distracted now and then and do side missions. I stop doing story missions when you are required to go to another island or in GTA V case another area I assume. I then do more side missions and explore before moved onto the next island. Rinse and repeat. Once I've done the story and side quests I then do the achievements the game has or at least try. Getting 100%, online and mini games most the time make up the list.

For sure I am first definitely going to explore the city, not doing a single mission yet, just walk around and soak up the sights and sounds. My favorite part of a new GTA, exploring the brand new city.

Complete the first couple of missions, then snag a car and gingerly drive around, deciding whether I love or hate the new/improved handling. Then find an airplane (if the game allows) and fly extremely high, admiring the map size and draw distance.

I think exploring the map in free roam multiplayer when you play for the first time with a friend, that would be sweet.

That's a big question that I don't think I can fully answer right now. If there is any new features (which I hope there will be) I'm trying those out first, then it's onto the storyline, get to know the characters. THEN I'll free roam it up.

I'll be completing at least the first 6/7 missions before exploring a little. I like the story to give me the 'tour' of a GTA world.

Now, That I think about, Ill do the first missions, like the guys above, let the story show me Los Santos. If I get bored or stuck on a mission, Ill explore, but if the missions take me in, ill keep playing them.
