How long and how fast will you camp out?

my friend and i will prolly camp out at noon lol, im taking off since i only work part time anyways and wait up there at the gamestore all i need isw soda and some food which there is places around to get food thats not far. im at a good game store, usually if iw ait till 8:00 pm i get anxcious knowing a line might be getting bigger lol and its GTA

I'll wait 'till closing time at my local Gamestop, cause my brother works there lol! I also live in Queens, and remember an old friend of mine (who is currently an officer in training) coming to buy the game. I kept him company while I helped clean the place out, and met my soul mate there. Best.Night.EVER, and the crazy part is, was that I saw a 12 year old child cursing out his mother and crying for not buying HIM the game, I laughed all though the night. So did the customers, including a guy I think was named Kent? don't remember, but it was a good night, and I'm sure gong to pick it up near closing time will spark some even better memories!

I'm in Staten Island, also known as the bourough which wasn't included in GTA IV. So it's pretty quiet, I was able to get L.A. Noire in five minutes, same day it came out. So I don't think I'll have to camp out, possibly, it might be a long line but I don think 24 hours long. I've never camped out.

It all depends on pre-order bonuses and if there is sameday PC release. GTA would have some pretty kickass pre-order bonuses.

 

I don't mind camping over night, I have done it before. The atmosphere of just sitting on a sidewalk when its freezing out for a stupid game or electronic device is just hilarious. And interesting sh*t can happen, drunks, cops, free stuff, etc...

Rockstar isn't dumb. Why would they release GTA V PC with the consoles??? They would lose sales overall. People can't wait to get V so they get it for PS3/360 than wait for the PC one to come out.

I'd really like to camp outside a gamestore but I don't think I'll have the chance. Will buy it as soon as possible though.

It was just funny how he was acting he had the gay lisp, and i added it in there because of that and that they are typically the trendy sort of people that want these sort of things before anyone else.

I'll do the same as I did with GTA iv, il go out about 6 have. Few drinks and somefood and turn up to the gamestation about 10 and have a good laugh with my mates until 12.

 

As a sidenote, I planned to go for a drink and turn up for the battlefield3 release at 12 and pick it up before heading off home. And when I got there there was like 7 9-13 year olds at the front with 1 old woman, the woman went in and brought 10 copies of the game and give one each to the kids and took the rest away, I was like what the hell?!? I mean its bad enough that itsa 18 rating but to be out at 12 at night in the middle of nottingham but to blatently just give the games to the kids in the store in front of the staff is just taking the piss!

im not camping out, thats really cool and all, but it just isnt for me. if its a same day release on pc, then most likely steam will have it for digital download, i'll just do that.

and if not, well i'll get my brother to try and sneak us one out on release (i'll pay, im not a total scumbag) from where he works.
