So if it gets banned here, it gets banned in America and everywhere else too. Its illegal to ban a game in America. It goes against 1st amendment- freedom of speech & expression I get what you are saying but there's a bit more to it than that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Censorship_in_the_United_States For those that can't be bothered reading it, books and films etc have been banned in the US long long LOOOONG after the first amendment was ratified.
