MIKON8ERISBACK
No offense, but that's not a very good idea of what will happen. Do you know all the sh*t that they've taken in the past from accidentally giving out false information? Would they wanna repeat another incidence of that? Do they really wanna take heat from all those pissed off people?
Deffpony
What do you think the chances are of this happening? 70% I think they will bring back a lot of the less whacky SA features, which seems to be the case so far, but I think the bold new direction is a bit of hype and probably points to multiple protags. Which in my book, isnt that groundbreaking and Id rather them start tinkering with the grass roots formula. How would you feel if this happened? Not hugely shocked, it looks to be a great map to explore regardless. I do wonder about the long production times going forward though. The series will need a revamp next time if they dont do it now Are there any features you feel must be included that werent in IV? Tons. Empire building I hope will be a key feature. Also car customisation and perhaps some more in-depth robbery options. I agree, I want serious empire building this time around. I too expect them to bring back the more realistic things from SA but Im really hoping that they add the substance that was missing in IV. IV was beautiful for its time, but the city felt like there wasnt much to do. The vigilante and drug dealer missions were awesome but that was kind of it. Ana Belial
I actually really like the iPhone 5's hardware design. The brushed aluminum back plate with shiny plastic touches, surrounded by laser cut aluminum, with clear high resolution glass screen. I do, however have a conflicting opinion on their software. I really hate iOS. Even jailbroken. Edited September 13, 2012 by Ana Belial

For example, I like the look of the Subaru BRZ, it absolutely looks fantastic. But it's powered by a slow 170bhp boxer engine, so no I'll pass. I'm not intending to sound like a total apple fanboy, because I despise the company itself. They're just really good at making dependable, good looking, sturdy hardware. I LOVE the brushed aluminum look. not to mention, the price is way too f*cking stupid for what you get. @Killjoy2022 I'm running 4.1 Jellybean on my Galaxy Nexus right now, and I have to say it's absolutely smooth as a hot knife through butter. I've got an HTC One X & it's pretty slick, but then I haven't had much hands on time with other smartphones. The screen is really nice & great for watching videos. My biggest gripe is the battery life, but that seems to be a common problem with these new (overpowered in my opinion) smartphones. I was really tempted by the iPhone 4S, mainly because the superior app store & especially the games. Then again I can't stand playing complex games on a touchscreen. I only have Dead Space, Max Payne & Angry Turds Space.

Googfellaz
This won't happen. I'm 100% sure It wont. All they would need to do if they were gonna do that is put san andreas into the rage engine just like 100s of people have done on YouTube, change some stuff on the map, add some things here and there, and make the storyline. This is probably a 1 year project. They have been working on V for about 2 or more years now. They said its a innovative step in sandbox games so there must be a lot of new things. I don't know if there gonna bring back all of the stuff from san andreas like car customization or properties, but I guarantee you there will be a lot of new stuff in the game. That's why its takingso long
BGModder
lol That's a pretty weird comparison to make. I sincerely hope they have another iPhone spoof in GTA V. grovestreet...home
Off topic: Apple release a new iPhone every year with tiny "improvements", they are the Activision of the Mobile world. On topic: Rockstar take a long time with their games... well quality over quantity. With GTA IV they delivered as much extra content as they could on a completely new engine, with GTA V we can clearly see there is a tonne more stuff to do: countryside, tennis, bicycles, planes etc.

Carbine23
GTA IV was a lot different in physics, look & feel. The features were dumbed down but that's where GTA V will shine. GTAIV paved the way for the new engine, which has been greatly improved in RDR & Max Payne 3. GTA V will probably feel like a much more updated version of GTAIV's physics but the features will most likely be a lot greater. I trust Rockstar
THEMANatwar
I'm going to to android when the Galaxy Note II comes out in the US. I saw really no huge incentive to upgrade my 3gs only for a faster processor, screen, and A FIFTH ROW!!!! OT: I think R* will surprise us, but that's just probably me being excited for a new GTA. ExtremoMania
R* promised us dearly that they want GTA V to be better and much more revamped than GTA IV. I really like GTA IV although what I don't really like is that they remove some features like the one's in GTA San Andreas such as the ability to dive underwater, ability to dual-wield some weapons. But what makes me like GTA IV is that comes to the exception of being very realistic and I understand that their thinking should change. I'm sure R* won't break that promise somehow. rampage08
Yeah i hope it wont happen only in cutscenes, it would be cool also if there are robbery missions and when we broke into someone house's, randomly there will be a guard dog lol If dogs aren't only in cutscenes but in real time gameplay then I want to see the report of ESRB when they see that it's possible to kill dogs with rocketlaunchers, flamethrowers, etc. LOL! LOL yeah ive been wondering about that, well maybe we cant kill dogs in the game ?

GR7
Thats what I'm thinking V is already if its going to be on one disc for Xbox... To OP If we the game actually does ends up with multiple characters I would make a pretty good bet the disk space problem is where the multiple protagonist idea originated from. One disk per playable character for the 360 version and maybe a disk for the multiplayer if its as ambitious as I think it will be. That way they could add all the missions, features and mini games they could think of for each protagonist's story and still have disk space to spare. bowling...?
COD is the same old sh*t every time with new five you're story and new maps. At least in GTA you've got an open world to explore and find new things in. They'll probably out some cool Easter eggs for the players to find. Also they said it is going to be their most ambitious game so if it really wasn't then they'd be liars and I don't think rockstar has ever lied about anything except for release dates which technically rent lies. 40witda30
this just popped in my head if they dont include the police computer missions from iv i would be kinda bummed... but they should make it so its always updated with new criminals so you can do it after the main story line
