Im Drifting Posted September 12, 2012 Share Posted September 12, 2012 Alright i did something to my computer today which made my gta iv/eflc not run at all, it came up with an error saying cannot find license or something like that and i bought the game legit. I tryed reinstalling my gta iv twice and still nothing now i get the black dos box and then it says gta iv has stopped working. mkey82 Posted September 12, 2012 Share Posted September 12, 2012 What did you do in the first place? There should be a "revoke license" shortcut in the start menu GTAIV programs group. Use it to free the license data and then run LaunchGTAIV.exe to reactivate the game. You will need to install this GFWL update.
