ananaspowered
The other day I downloaded San Andreas (steam) and started to play it (Windows 7). After about 12h of normal gameplay, whenever I start the game, either by loading a save or starting a new game, all CJ does is run to the right. I unbound the right control from d and bound it to other keys to no avail. Then I tried to play on OS X (10.8.1) which had also been normal until that point. I transplanted my save files. When I tried that, CJ runs straight ahead, and binding the forward control to a different key does nothing. On OS X I even trashed the savegame files and redownloaded the game. Not helpful. The last thing that might be of note that happened when the game was normal was Windows shut itself down to install updates while I was doing the figure-8 race. I had saved right before that. Anybody know how to fix this? Any insights? I found some instructions detailing downgrading to v1.01. I'm going to try that but I don't have high hopes. lil weasel
If you have more than one controller (USB) unplug them. If you use a USB controller or USB keyboard/mouse plug the item into a different USB port. You can't change USB items while the game is loaded/playing. lil weasel
You're welcome. This just happens, never saw a reason for it.
