Also GTA Advance is the best GTA made for Gameboy #FACT wait.. didn't I just did the same? Fact of the matter is, from a technical standpoint, Advance is the best GTA on a GameBoy system. The only other two were on GameBoy Color, and Advance was on the GameBoy Advance. Now if you wanted to say, "...for a Nintendo handheld," then it would be a different story, since the DS's Chinatown Wars was clearly technically superior to any of the GameBoy GTAs. Could you spell it out for me? No I don't think you did read them. My whole point "back then" was to convey how I felt the 3 Era (as they are so called) felt better and Best represented what a GTA game is all about. Such as: Vice City and III. IV tarnished that with (what I believe) to be a mis-representation of Liberty City which now looks like NYC. And I'm sure they will do it to Vice as well. Watch the nostalgia pour in THEN when the old-schoolers rage on here. Liberty City has always been made to look like New York City. Even back in the original GTA - but I'm assuming you've opted for speaking the cause of III, because you were a mere five years old when the first rendition of the city was all the rage. III for it's time is better than any game that has ever been made IMO. The first time I played it, it was like playing the game you'd always hoped & dreamed would one day be possible & there I was, playing the f*cking dream. Having said that, I would have a hard time drawing any pleasure playing it again today. I fired up VCS on my PSP for a laugh & I just couldn't derive an ounce of fun from the gameplay. I know some people can but I just can't go back like that. I know I'm gonna be getting a lot of hate for this on this forum but I'll say Max Payne 1 was overall slightly better than GTA III. It was meant to be a made-up city that had elements of New York, it had elements of Philadelphia or Boston or anywhere on the East Coast. Some elements were kind of a Detroit or a Chicago because at that point we were just trying to make a world in 3D. Figuring out things like how to do sound in 3D, how to do the radio in a kind of 3D type world -- all these things that doing them somewhere accurately didn't really seem interesting or relevant or necessary at that point. In other words, back in GTA III, they had no idea what they were doing. So from a technical standard, IV is better because they do know what they are doing now.
