I don't talk to myself,

I talk to my special friends, no one else can see or hear them.

Sometimes they make me do naughty things..

Like some hippy named Fred who makes you hug trees?

ph34r.gif

I have one....

I like Fred, he sounds friendly.

I have this one friend called, Dave..

Dave is a very bad man..

He asks me to burn things..

Sometimes even to drink the children's blood..

..because their youth, with become his youth..

Dave is naughty..

Nope. I do think a lot, though.

Sometimes, when I just imagine some situation, I notice myself making faces. Like, if I'm >:( in the imaginary situation, my face is >:(. (obviously, my face isn't just a few lines...)

Yep I talk to myself alot when I am alone. I have my own imaginary world and it keeps me from punching the people who annoy me. I usually just think what I could do to them and that's it. devil.gifdevil.gif

Talk to myself all the time. Sometimes I find it difficult to process thoughts clearly, so it helps if I have a conversation with myself. Don't think there's anything wrong with that, would go as far as to say it's normal actually.

Before. Yeah, when I was a kid.

Now, I still do it. The difference is, I talk to an imaginary friend. I imagine that imaginary friend to be a real life friend. All the details, his actions, his voice, what he does when I do something to him, all complete even the answers I expect. Then when I do it in real life some of my expectations come correct. Some nice practice before speaking to someone.

I'm derailing this topic, I see.

Okay, nowadays, I don't talk to myself. When I was a kid, I do - that's what's only related to this topic smile.gif

When I'm by myself, sure. Always a bit awkward when somebody walks in just as I'm talking to myself though. Makes me feel like a nutter.

Thinking in my head is okay, I find thinking out loud (I don't necessarily 'talk' to myself - nothing I say would make a coherent conversation) but verbally expressing thoughts much clear to me. You have to think a little harder to make things sound correct when speaking and I just find it better to get my thoughts correct and it's useful. I might ask myself a question but that's it really.

Yeah. It helps me throw ideas around in my head. Hell sometimes I "talk" (as in make up a conversation in my head) to a friend about something just so I can get a different view.

Their is nothing weird with talking you yourself.

I do that too. Though I use it to work through problems most of the time.

Do it all the time. Sadly most of the conversations I have with myself are more interesting than with other people. ph34r.gif

Yeah of course. Not so much talking to myself, more along the lines of an on going thought stream.

- [- No Fear. No Limits. No Equal. -] -

- [- Ride For Life -] -

Digging deep. It's not just an expression that's thrown around the locker room at halftime. It's a way of life. A daily code that drives a champions existence. It's not always glamorous. It's not always blue skies and sunny days, and its certainly not always welcome. But love it or hate it, to become a true champion take pure, unrestricted commitment.

I'm pretty much in line with this.

I often think out loud as it helps me focus on what I'm doing and it helps me remember things a lot easier. For example, if there's a list of things I need to do in work, I just say it out loud and a majority of the time I'll remember them all. I useless at keeping lists or notes so this is pretty useful for me. I think the closest thing I get to talking to myself would be beatboxing. I do it in work or when I'm walking around listening to music. Sometimes I'm completely unaware that I'm doing it and I end up getting strange looks from people. I see it as being similar to whistling. Some people whistle, I beatbox.

Do I talk to myself, I don't know, do I... no I'm asking you do I talk to myself... I don't know, can't see anybody else around here... oh I see you doing that Taxi Driver thing right... no I'm not I'm just asking you a question do I talk to myself... and I'm telling you I DON'T KNOW, Jeez... Well if your going to be like that then, then f*ck you and the horse you rode in on... yeah well f*ck you too ya dick.

You talk to yourself as well then, by the way nice Taxi Driver reference, least you just didn't post a picture of Bobby D Nero that would have just been lame, and yeah you are a dick.

I thought I was the only one who talked to myself. Glad to know I'm not. I do it all the time, especially in my room.

"I do talk with myself. I have some problems which only professional can solve for me."

I get bored by watching all those old episodes and I want to give a little more shade to the shows. So, I make a show in my mind, dub all the characters (Female and Male, both) but keep this a little secret. I try to not let it go abusive like many of the shows. If I ever get time, I may write the story. This is what I do when I have free time. Though, I don't narrate the story to anyone.

Otherwise, I talk less and think more. Most of the time, I keep a clock near my ears, turn on a dull light and think about all the complicated stuffs like Life itself. Please don't laugh. I am living a very tough life and this is the only way I resolve most of my problems.

Yeah I do it sometimes, especially when I'm alone and bored. I don't think there is anything wrong talking to yourself and I guess many people do it now and then.

I talk to myself, but not verbally. I usually have a conversation with my mind (I guess that's how you could describe it) to find out solutions to my problems or to figure out how much something will cost and so on and so forth. Here's an example of what I mean:

ME: How much will lunch cost tomorrow at work?

MIND: Di Luvio's wraps are $3.50 and a bottles of Pepsi are $1.50.

ME: OK, so that's $5.00 all together.

Not really, only when I got excited for a batch of GTA V screens or basically when I'm really excited for something, but it's only like wow and this looks really good.

Other than that no, I only think a lot to myself.
