I have to be a mod to make topics to help? That's like saying I need to be a rescue worker to donate to charity. Luis is kinda underrated, yeah. He has a bad past which affects him in a unique way! What you're doing is segregating/disrupting discussions by making a new topic for every single thing for which we already have similar existing, cumulative topics.
