GTASA car and pedestrian camera views on GTA3?

I tried googling this but the "camera" keyword is throwing me curveballs, I was wanting GTASA camera (right joystick) on GTA3, is there a way to mod GTA3 to have what GTASA has as far as camera views? (this has nothing to do with the camera in Carls house in GTASA, thats the problem I had with Google's results)
