Remove lights from the whole city

Hi,

 

I was wondering how I can remove all the electricity in the city, like street lights and lights that you see at buildings and all that

 

I don't need to remove car lights, since I've found a mod that makes ghost cities, so no peds or cars.

I only need to find a way to disable the lights (mostly at night, because I don't think there are any lights during the day).

 

Can anyone help me ?

Those lights are called Night Vertex Color (nvc). Every object has it. If you want to remove the lighting, you have to edit every single object you see in the map. And that means it's impossible.

I see, that's indeed nearly impossible and too much work, so it ain't an option

And there's no other way to disable the lights ?

A mod that's already released or something else ?
