Prometheus
Do you have any mods installed? Also print screen the graphics settings in-game, or copy/paste it from benchmark.cli.
mkey82
Do the usual stuff, try using memrestrict. Also, don't force too high settings.
frenzyvanrafi
It still loading in far distance (close distance are ready). The setting was high (but not all). I using RealizmIV and Realistic Car Pack. Should I restore texture to vanilla IV?
Prometheus
I think High settings is a bit too much for those specifications, Medium at most is good enough. Anyways I'm positive that Realistic Car Pack is causing the problem. To fix this, make a text file named commandline in the game's main directory, and add the following lines: -availablevidmem 2-noprecache -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -novblank
